Getting Started
You need to be physically located in Florida at the time of your visit. That is a licensing requirement, not a preference. Florida residents traveling out of state cannot be seen until they are back, and visitors staying in Florida can be seen while they are here.
I cannot legally treat you while you are out of state. If it is urgent, use an urgent care clinic or a telehealth service licensed where you are, then message me through the portal when you are back and we will pick things up.
No. This is a self-pay practice. You pay one flat price at booking and that is the entire cost — no deductible, no coinsurance, and no bill arriving three weeks later.
Telehealth visits are generally treated as qualified medical expenses, but the practice is not currently set up to accept payment directly through an HSA or FSA.
Yes. A superbill can be produced and delivered through the patient portal on request.
Most visits can take place the same day they are requested. Occasionally there is a 24-hour delay depending on how well the calendar cooperates.
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a reasonably private space. A home blood pressure cuff and thermometer help a great deal — see the home diagnostics list in Resources.
During and after your visit
You need to be physically located in Florida at the time of your visit. That is a licensing requirement, not a preference. Florida residents traveling out of state cannot be seen until they are back, and visitors staying in Florida can be seen while they are here.
Florida law is narrower than federal DEA guidance. Schedule III, IV, and V medications may be prescribed via telehealth without an in-person visit. Schedule II substances are expressly prohibited via telehealth.
Labs and diagnostic imaging can be ordered through Good Health Outcomes, though charges are out of pocket when insurance is not available. Results are placed in your patient portal, and you can upload outside reports yourself.
If I believe you should be seen face to face, I will tell you early in the visit and help you find a clinician who can address your concern. If payment has already been made, it is refunded in full.
Absolutely, at no extra charge. Message me through the patient portal or by secure text — follow-up communication is included in the visit fee.
Visit notes, prescriptions, and lab results live in your patient portal. You can download or share them at any time.
Who can be seen
Yes, when a parent or guardian is present. Children’s conditions can change quickly, so we will decide together whether a telehealth visit is appropriate or whether in-person care is the better plan.
Yes. Conditions such as anxiety and depression are commonly managed in primary care. When a condition requires multiple medications and therapy, collaborating with or referring to a psychiatric provider is usually the best approach.
You are welcome to book on someone’s behalf, but that person must be present for the visit. You cannot attend as a proxy.
Money and scheduling
Card processing costs the practice a fee. Paying by Zelle avoids it, and the savings go to you — it is a small discount rather than a card surcharge.
Life happens. A missed or cancelled appointment can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Funded visits are not refunded, but rebooking costs nothing extra.
I will try to reach you by phone, text, and email. The visit can then be rescheduled for the next available opening at no additional cost.
Privacy
Yes. Visits happen on a secure, encrypted platform. Your health information is protected under HIPAA and is never sold or shared with another organization. This website collects only demographic details such as name, phone, and email — never health information.
Take control of your health.
