Good Health Outcomes

Who We Serve

There are three types of services offered by Good Health Outcomes Telehealth.
The priority is individualized one-on-one visits.

Other models could be helpful to you.

1. Individual Visits

  • For all initial 20-minute visits, the rate is $65
  • Subsequent visits for the same person are $50 for a 20-minute visit.
  • This model reflects the opening/inaugural rates for these services and may change in the future.
  • In essence this is a pay-as-you-go plan. This is ideal if your needs for clinical services are rare and infrequent. Text messaging communication about non-healthcare-related information is an additional service.
  • A link to the Patient Portal is provided to view personal healthcare-related information, such as lab results.
  • Access to the information provided on the website is available.

2. Membership

  • An option for the individual customer is to purchase multiple visits up-front or on a monthly basis. A monthly membership of $100 would cover a maximum of 3 visits per month. This also included text messaging communications.
  • Similar to joining a health club, the monthly rate is constant whether or not the visits are utilized.
  • We anticipate starting this model by engaging for a 90-day period to determine utilization and mutual benefit for all involved.
  • In essence, these are visits purchased in advance to potentially save money. Members have first priority for appointments and communications.
  • A link to the Patient Portal and access to the content on the website are also provided for this monthly membership.

3. Company Co-Sponsored

  • This third option is a product still in its creation. If your employer agrees to pay a set amount per month per employee, a discounted rate for the end-user will be offered.
  • For example, if your employer has 20 employees and pays $5/employee per month, the individual customer would pay a flat $50 per visit (initial or follow-up).
  • In essence, you and your employer share in the expanse, keeping you healthy and your employer with consistent staffing.
